As a participant in the Alium interview process, I agree to uphold the following standards:
-
*Honesty & Integrity* I confirm that I am accurately representing my identity, employment, and professional experience.
-
*Transparency* I will disclose any potential conflicts of interest when discussing vendors, including if I am an investor, advisor, or paid representative.
-
*Objectivity* I will provide honest, unbiased insights based on my professional experience.
-
*Confidentiality* I will not share or discuss any information that is protected by an NDA or considered proprietary by my employer or any third party.
*Accountability* I understand that any misrepresentation of my background or breach of this code may result in the forfeiture of my compensation and loss of access to the Alium platform.
*Work Email Verification* I understand that, as part of this process, I will be required to verify my work email at my current employer. This step helps confirm my active employment and reinforces the accuracy and integrity of the information I provide. I understand that free or personal email accounts (such as Gmail, Yahoo, or Hotmail) cannot be used for work email verification. Only a valid company-issued email address will be accepted to confirm my employment.
